We stock regularly used and consumable spare parts in our Brisbane warehouse, ready to ship when you need them. For anything else, we can source or manufacture and deliver parts directly to your site—whether it’s for a single piece of equipment or a full system.

No problem. We can help source or manufacture parts for older projects delivered under Playscape Creations. Get in touch, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Warranty Claims
If your equipment is still under warranty and has been properly maintained, we’ll make it right. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided at handover and submit your claim with supporting details via email to:

We offer Fixed Price Inspections and Maintenance Packages—designed to uncover potential issues, check and correct all moving parts, and carry out preventative maintenance.
